Selling a property to us

  • We pay only by bank transfer from the company's own account, as set out in a notarised contract.
  • We never ask a seller for a fee, deposit or "registration charge".
  • All negotiations go through the phone number and email on this page.

Buying from us

Before you sign, check our title yourself in the State Register of Real Property Rights, and use your own notary or lawyer if you wish. Advance payments, if any, are written into a preliminary contract signed at a notary.

Ownership

Encumbrances

Mortgages, arrests, prohibitions on disposal, leases and other rights of third parties.

Land plot

Rights to the land under the building: ownership or lease, cadastral number, permitted use.

C-04

Commissioning

The building or premises were properly put into operation, with matching technical documentation.

C-05

Condition & utilities

Structure, engineering systems and utility connections, inspected on site by a specialist.

C-06

Seller's capacity

Authority of the person signing, plus any spouse or corporate approvals required.
